Veggie Hummus Slaw Burger


This is a repeat lunch that you may see again and again.... this is my fallback healthy lunch when I don't know what I want or I am simply craving this burger.

I love this lunch because it is quick, healthy and extremely filling and satisfying.

1 Food for Life Ezekiel Pita Pocket
1 tablespoon Hummus
1 original vegan Boca Burger
A couple of spoonfuls of broccoli slaw

I added some red pepper slices for a little more crunch.

The mix of creamy hummus with the bite of burger and crunch of broccoli slaw is a great combination.

My son is now home and wants to try the rest of the flavors of Kardea Nutrition Bars.... we have Banana Nut and Cranberry Almond.... reviews to follow shortly!
